Braydon Sinclair-Smith is a business owner, emergency services professional, and community leader who was born and raised in Millet, Alberta. Over the course of more than fifteen years, he has built a multi-faceted career that spans live event and festival production, heavy equipment service management, and fire and life safety, while also devoting more than a decade of volunteer service to the Millet Fire Department. Across each of these pursuits, he is recognized for his hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and steady commitment to the community he grew up in.

As the founder and leader of 387 Entertainment, established in 2018, Braydon has grown an event, festival, and artist services company with a strong regional reputation in and around Millet. Through 387 Entertainment and Prairie Fire Productions, he also works hands-on as a sound engineer in audio production, and his festival credits include organizing the Firefly Acoustic Music Festival, sponsoring the Millet Decimate Metal Festival, and serving as stage manager for two larger events, the Armstrong Metal Festival in Armstrong British Columbia, and the Loud As Hell Open Air Festival in Drumheller, Alberta.

Outside of the entertainment industry, Braydon serves as Service Manager at Joe Johnson Equipment in Nisku, Alberta, where he draws on his credentials as a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician. His technical education includes studies at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and Lakeland College in Vermilion, Alberta. He has further expanded his professional scope by becoming a certified Alberta Safety Codes Officer, holding designation SCO #124298 with a specialization in fire investigations, allowing him to bring his emergency services background directly into fire and life-safety compliance work.

Braydon's commitment to public safety is perhaps best reflected in his long tenure as a volunteer firefighter with the Millet Fire Department, where he has served since 2013. He received his one-year service pin in March 2014 and has since surpassed thirteen years of dedicated volunteer service to the department and the community it protects. His training extends well beyond Millet, including experience with Leduc County, Wetaskiwin County, and Parkland County Fire Services, and he holds NFPA 1001 Level 2 Firefighter certification, Level 1 Wildland Firefighter certification, Medical First Responder (MFR) training, and ambulance ride-along experience. In recognition of his more than thirteen years of volunteer service and his broader contributions as a citizen, the Town of Millet honoured Braydon with its Mayor's Merit Award.

Braydon's leadership in emergency response also extends into the non-profit sector. He serves as a director for the Central Alberta Rescue Diving Society, a regional emergency response and rescue charity, and holds the position of Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Underwater Search Team, an Alberta-based water search and rescue organization. Taken together, his business ventures, technical career, and years of emergency services volunteerism reflect a career built on versatility, technical skill, and a deep, lasting dedication to the Millet community.
